With more than 20 years in public media and the nonprofit sector, Tanya has built her career around connecting people, data, and purpose. From managing donor relationships and supporting fundraising efforts to coordinating campaigns and member services, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does. She’s known for being adaptable, resourceful, and always one step ahead when it comes to keeping projects moving forward. Before joining Davidson Belluso, Tanya spent 15 years with KJZZ’s Division of Public Service, where she held roles spanning donor relations, traffic management, and member services, supporting both the operational and audience-facing sides of the organization.
As Operations Manager at Davidson Belluso, Tanya’s positive nature and human-centered approach make her a natural connector across the agency’s teams. She works closely with internal teams, leadership, and vendors to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Whether she’s organizing workflows, solving problems behind the scenes, or finding smarter ways to get things done, Tanya helps make it easier for the entire team to deliver strong results. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she brings both analytical thinking and creativity to every project, along with a positive attitude that inspires collaboration and strengthens working relationships.
Though originally from Ohio, Tanya moved west with her family at a young age and went on to earn her degree in business from Western International University. A creative at heart, she has a deep appreciation for art and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
