His work in quantitative data collection has involved developing advanced survey methodologies, leveraging AI-powered analytics, and utilizing real-time data to capture shifting consumer behaviors more accurately. By integrating these cutting-edge techniques, Robert has helped companies gain deeper, actionable insights into customer preferences and market trends. His innovative approaches have also streamlined the process of analyzing large datasets, making it easier for businesses to pinpoint emerging opportunities and design data-driven strategies.

Earlier in his career, Robert served as Director of Consumer Marketing and Product Development for American Express’ Interactive Travel Group. He then became Chief Marketing Officer at NeoPlanet and Vice President of Marketing for Wells Fargo Bank’s Southwest Region, where he drove brand and customer migration strategies toward emerging banking media.
